Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at bellyjoys.com. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


Delivery Time


You can expect your parcel to arrive within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

For pre-sale items, marked with a “sent” date, please allow two (2) to eight (8) business days from the specified “sent” date for delivery, provided stock arrives as expected at our warehouse.


Tracking Information


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.


Stock Availability


Delivery times are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you promptly.


Delivery Guarantees


We guarantee the delivery of your parcel by requiring a signature upon receipt. If you opt to authorize “leave in a safe place,” we relinquish responsibility for the package.

If you are unavailable to sign for the parcel, it will be redirected to the nearest courier depot. You are responsible for collecting the parcel from the depot or arranging a re-delivery at an additional charge.


Delayed Delivery


If your order does not arrive within twenty-five (25) business days, please contact us at support@bellyjoys.com. We will promptly follow up with the courier on your behalf.


Mixed Orders


Please note that if your order includes both pre-sale and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once all items are available at our warehouse.
